Foster is the founder of GIBICTS Center for Youth Development and the Eastern Region Optimist Club of Ghana. An international youth club which main mission is to provide hope and positive vision for the youth and help bring the best out of them. He holds professional certificates in Information & Communication Technology, Video Production and Publishing. He also has a certificate in General Agricultural, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics and Extension.
The CEO has a deep knowledge in Information Technology, Agribusinesses, Multimedia, Publications and Film Production and can impart these knowledgeable skills to the youth for a better living. He has been in the training business (especially IT) for almost 15years.
He is also into Cash Crop (Cocoa and Palm Oil Plantation) and vegetable production, Fish Farming and has won the best 2014 Aquaculture Farmer in the Birim North District, in Ghana.
He worked with Newmont Mining Company Ltd. in Ghana, the Akyem Project for 7 years as the officer in charge of Multimedia and Publications. He is currently the CEO of a multimedia company called GIBICTS Ltd. He has led the Adventist Youth Society in the East Ghana Conference as the Youth Leader and Patron for almost 28 years. He is also a prominent Opinion Leader in the community and the district he lives. He has love for the youth and mankind and this motivated him to establish this NGO to help bring the best out of them.
