Rev. attended Abuakwa State College at Kyebi and spent 18 years in the Ghana Armed Forces.

He was once a “political prisoner” for over four and a half years. He was ordained as a minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in 1996 and retired in 2010. He headed various positions in the church. He was once the General Secretary of the Men’s Work Central Committee and served on the Synod and General Assembly Committee of the church.

Rev. Lt Col K. Oteng has attended various courses in the USA, Nigeria, India and the U.K. He holds an MA. in Global Leadership from Azusa Pacific University California, USA, a postgraduate Certificate in Military Science from the Defence Service Staff College, Willington, India, a Diploma in Journalism from UK among others.

He is currently retired from the church and spends his time farming and motivating others through seminars and workshops.
