The main objective of this project is to give unemployed youth in our communities, employable skills in various vocations (Sewing, Carpentry, Beats Making, Bakery, Detergents production, Electricals, Building Technology etc.) and in entrepreneurship for them to be able to own their own businesses.
The intervention is to develop and build the capacity of the underprivileged youth. Through this program, the youth will be impacted with management and entrepreneurial skills for self-employment and business initiatives therefore reducing the rate of youth unemployment in Ghana.
The youth would be well- prepared to enter Ghana’s workforce, create their own opportunities and be agents of change in their respective communities, which would help curtail unemployment rate in Ghana. These will be backed with Management and Entrepreneurial skills to teach them how to start, manage, and sustain their start-ups for high-income generation.
At the end of these vocational and entrepreneurial programs, support will be given to the successful participants with some seed capital to enable them implement their skills in areas trained in.
