Florence Sebi

Florence Sebi is a people-oriented individual who has always made herself available to help those in need, even from a young age.

Florence served as the Administrative Coordinator for Newmont Ghana’s Akyem mine for 10 years and is currently the Deputy CEO of Ripa Company Limited and Executive Secretary for GIBICTS.

Florence holds a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from ICM-UK.

Florence believes that helping people achieve their full potential is deeply fulfilling, as our actions always have consequences. Therefore, it is wise to be our brother’s keeper.
